When do you ship?
Our workshop is located in the countryside. The post office is 20Km away. We ship twice a week.
How long does it takes for delivery?
Transit times depend on Canada Post. The estimate provided by Canada Post is 1-2 days for local service, 2-4 days for regional service and 2-8 days for the rest of Canada.
My soap becomes "wet". Is this normal?
Yes. This is completely normal for a natural soap. The saponification process produces glycerin which is hygroscopic. By absorbing moisture from the air, the surface of the soap becomes “wet” (it can be to the point that it oozes). This happens especially during the summer when the air is more humid than in the winter. Thanks to the glycerin they contain, our soaps are moisturizing for the skin. Soap that does not contain glycerin is drying and should not be used for personal cleansing. To avoid or reduce this minor inconvenience you can keep the soap in its plastic packaging until the moment of use; you can also put it in an airtight container.
